PK 9 Tulip Chair

The PK 9 Tulip Chair was designed by Poul Kjrholm in 1961. The chair has a stainless steel base, polished by hand, and is covered in leather painted in various colors. The seat is made of fiber-reinforced polyester. It has a “best match” table, too, the PK54 table.

PK25 easy chair

The PK 25 easy chair was designed by Poul Kjaerholm in 1952 and produced by Fritz Hansen in Denmark. Poul was a trained carpenter passionate by natural and innovative designs. This lounge chair has a simple, minimalist and elegant design with a matte chrome-plated steel structure and a braided flag halyard. The halyard comes in both wood color and black. Dimensions: 69″ width, 73″ diameter, 75″ height, and the seat is 40″ high.

The PK20 was designed by Poul Kjaerholm for Fritz Hansen. Poul Kjaerholm was a Danish carpenter who studied arts and crafts. He developed a unique collection of chair prototypes between 1951 and 1967 all produced by Fritz Hansen. PK20 is an elegant, lounge chair with a high back and a headrest. It has a steel base, chrome-plated, that makes it rock when you sit on it. It’s a light chair with a minimalist design made of steel with a rattan or leather cover. The PK-0 chair was created by Poul Kjrholm in 1952. Poul was one of the leading designers in Scandinavia and his work was among the best ones in the post-war time. The chair is made of two curved wood shells that intersect each other forming the seat, the back and the three supporting legs. Lacquered plywood is usually used in black. Dimensions: Width: 66 cm, Height: 68 cm, Depth: 66 cm, Seat height: 40 cm.

The PK31-1 / PK31-2 is a sofa group designed by Poul Kjaerholm. It comes in one, two or three seater versions and is famous for being part of the transatlantic 707 flight to Paris in the early 60s. The upholstery is made of Italian leather and comes in 15 colors, it has stainless steel frame and legs and the six cushions are specially designed to hold downing.

The PK 22 Easy Chair is an icon for Poul Kjaerholm’s work. Everything is simple and basic at this chair: a simple steel frame with leather covering. It’s allure is more suitable for a conservatory environment which can be softened by the type and color of the leather the user chooses.
